For our client Volvo Cars we are looking for a Logistic Engineer - Supply Chain Coordinator (Parts Planner/Beredare).

Tasks:

• Securing timely arrival of parts needed for project builds in Pilot Plant
• Contact with suppliers, to confirm upcoming deliveries and book and organize transports
• Reporting on Material Status
• Process improvements
• Data Analysis
• Dashboard and report creation & preparation (PowerBI & Excel)

The ideal candidate:

• Higher education such as Candidat Logistics/Engineering, but experience from the business is also qualifying
• Is Quick learner
• Has very good skills with Microsoft office [Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerBI] and can learn out to others including ideally macro writing & PowerQuery/DAX
• Has previous experience within logistics
• Works well under pressure
• Good collaboration skills
• Has very good written and spoken English & clear communication skills
• Has a sense of accountability
• Has prioritization skills and is a structured worker and has a pro-active mindset
