Our client has a product that produces SQL Code (low code). The product currently supports Azure on Premise, Azure SQL and PostgreSQL. Now they would like to add Azure Synapse on it. We expect you to have the needed experience to develop a database integration with Synapse. They are also interested in adding Snowflake, so even better if you can help with this integration as well!

Our client want to create a more streamlined experience for their colleagues that are responsible for maintaining their laboratory computers in order to raise compliance and improve employee productivity. Their current laboratory PC environment has one standardized Windows 10 LTSC 1809 image for use on physical hardware that is supported by a standard configuration that is applied by GPO’s. Over the years their laboratory computing needs have grown and changed and they are now looking to improve what the end point management team is providing the business with of capabilities.

In order to due this they are looking for assistance in order to analyse the gaps that are keeping their colleagues from being as productive as they can be, and also to create design proposals and expected implementation timelines for reaching the desired end state.

The expectation is that the candidate will be working together with IT architects from the business in order to understand their current situation and how they would like to see the situation improve. HealthTech Nordic supports nordic startups with different activities and work to speed up the development of their business. Some are very early, but some are very mature and has already reached the market with finished products.

The company can improve people’s eye coordination (vergence) with a patented solution, which improves reading stamina and speed. People experience double vision, eye strain, headache or fatigue when reading. 80% of a normal population get improvements and for 10-20% the improvements are major. 10% of the population have vergence insufficiency. People with dyslexia and ADHD have vergence issues more often than the average population. Training is offered as a mobile app with VR-glasses.

Assignment description and scope of delivery:

Convert customer leads to customers, and nudge existing customers during their entire customer journey.

The company needs help to better understand how to effectively convert customer leads to paying customers. Now just launched their app on AppStore and PlayStore. Their paid ads drive customers to do free tests, but most are not ready to commit directly. They need someone that is knowledgeable in email marketing and automation and can guide in what tools to use etc but also to set it up. Once a customer has paid, there has to be an email flow to onboard them, secure that they train properly, fill in NPS-surverys, nudge them to share on social media.

They expect conversion rate to increase dramatically and thus to have a conversion cost that allows us to scale.

Outcomes: They expect customer satisfaction to be on a very high level, while minimizing support needed with email automation.

They also expect customers to onboard in a better way, with a high % of customers starting their training within a week from payment. We expect customers to follow us on SoMe and recommend us to others to a larger extent. We also expect customers to be willing to purchase or continuation training.

Our unit is responsible for the development and maintenance of the digital user experience for our Norwegian customers. We are in close dialogue with the business, focuses on being a trusted partner, ensuring customer value, stable system operations and following local regulations.

In the digital channels we are responsible for building the customer experience in the self-care web and app, in the webshops and the self-service portals for business administrators.

Being the technical expert for Digital Channels and implementing the local business agenda together with Digital Channels Management Team.

Directing the architecture within Digital Channels Norway in accordance with local business and common multicountry agenda

Defining DevSecOps agenda from an architecture perspective and contributing to building a great software development culture

For our client we are searching for a Project Manager

General Role description

A Project Manager consultant plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within the budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also oversee quality control throughout the projects life cycle and secure a stable solution is handed over to service after project closure.

Specific assignment description:

The consultant will manage and own a new platform (SCC), across process and function within the clients environment. The project is currently in user acceptance testing, and will be used as the primarly system whitin a near future.

You will work with different cloud based solutions towards suppliers, supply chain and production. You will work as a business transformation project manager and the main focus is on how to get different departments/stakeholders to collaborate and work together in this new platform and set the strategy for roll out.

You lead and coordinate a cross functional support team.

You are going to talk and collaborate with many different stakeholders and it's important that you can listen and negotiate with all of them. It's a new platform within Ariba and the plan is to find a way of best practice for collaboration solutions.
