Our client seeks a dedicated and result oriented IT consultant to work as developer in their Tax and Investment Control team which is part of the Operations department. The consultant’s role will be to contribute to large development projects related to the operational processes supporting the Fund's unlisted investments. You will work in the cross-
section between business and development and apply a technical skillset solving business problems. The team has developed a cloud platform in AWS to perform analysis and automate processes. The role requires a full-stack approach – you will work with databases, servers, systems engineering, and clients. Commonly used languages in the team today includes Python, SQL, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
- Develop solutions to operationalize and streamline our support for the real asset investments. Areas of focus are to ingest the data from our vendors in new and more efficient ways, manipulate and enrich the data as required.
- Finding new ways to present data for stakeholders such as portfolio managers that can be used as input for investment processes.
- Contribute to major development projects to streamline the fund accounting and control in the unlisted investment portfolio.

Avinor Flysikring AS (oppdragsgiver) er et heleid datterselskap i Avinorkonsernet og vil være kontraktspart for denne kontrakten.

Selskapet har ca. 1.040 ansatte, og leverer tårntjeneste på flyplasser, flygekontrolltjeneste for trafikken i norsk luftrom, og teknisk infrastruktur for flynavigasjon.

Avdelingen Underveissystemer forvalter og videreutvikler Air Traffic Management (ATM) systemer i Avinor Flysikring AS. Underveissystemer har behov for å leie inn konsulenter for videreutvikling av NATCON flykontrollsystemer som en del av et større strategisk prosjekt for å integrere dette med en nytt ATM system.

The department you are joining is one of the major DevOps tribes/departments in the organisation, responsible for a majority of the business support applications. Windows 10 - Fase 3 prosjektet skal legge om 2000 klienter i Helse Sør-Øst (MTU – medisinsk teknisk utstyr). Dette skal gjennomføres ved at en følger en fast metodikk per helseforetak for å få lagt om Windows 10 klienter. Det er en fordel at de som skal jobbe med hvert enkelt foretak er godt samstemt om jobben. Det blir etablert team bestående av teamleder, teknisk personell /kartleggere som skal jobbe puljevis mot foretakene. Om team kan leveres komplett fra tilbyder er det en fordel. Arbeidsoppgaver

Innleide konsulenter skal ta ansvar for teknisk kartlegging, tilrettelegging av klienter inkludert testing samt sørge for god dialog mot omgivelsene både internt i Sykehuspartner og med eksterne samarbeidspartnere. Det er kritisk at oppgavene blir uført innen angitte tidsfrister og med avtalt kvalitet. Konsulentene vil bidra i de ulike arbeidsoppgavene der kompetansen møter behovene.

Arbeidsoppgaver innleide konsulenter skal ha ansvar for:

• Samarbeid og dialog med leverandøren/produsenten og kunden, samt interne samarbeidspartnere i Sykehuspartner

• Innhente informasjon og utarbeide teknisk beskrivelse av nåsituasjon av hvordan Windows 7 klient er satt opp og integrert med MTU / BTU.

• Bistå i å beskrive antatt tilretteleggelsesmetode, test- og omleggingskonsept

• Innhente godkjenning fra alle involverte parter (kunden, leverandørene, interne i Sykehuspartner), herunder også sikre at det er tatt ansvar for at løsningen er i henhold til krav, prinsipper og standarder både arkitektur- og sikkerhetsmessige krav

• Rådgivning under etablering av Windows 10 klient i forhold til tilretteleggingsmetode, test og utrulling av klient

• Være kontaktperson for spørsmål til det kartlagte under etablering

• Bistå i implementering/omlegging og testing av klienter etter kartlegging

• Det må påregnes noe reiseaktivitet

• Skal delta i kompetanseoverføring fra prosjekt til Sykehuspartner

Befaring på lokasjon

• Det vil måtte påregnes befaring på lokasjon, der det er behov, for kartlegging av teknisk konsept og inspeksjon av MTU- / BTU-installasjonen

Erfaring og kompetanse

Må-ha-krav til erfaring/kompetanse til valgte konsulenter:

• Konsulenten skal være konsulent (minimum 2-4 år) eller seniorkonsulent (minimum 5-7 år)

• Kompetanse på Microsoft teknologi inkludert klient

• Inngående kjennskap til komponentene i klient installasjoner og tilhørende infrastruktur

  • o Teknisk design/arkitektur

• Gode basis IT kunnskaper

• Beherske norsk skriftlig og muntlig

• Ha erfaring fra større bedrifter

Ønsket kompetanse:

• Erfaring med applikasjoner/tjenester, gjerne, uten det er et krav, rettet mot helsevesenet og mot medisinskteknisk utstyr (MTU)

• Gode dokumentasjonsevner

• Livsløpet på MTU er vesentlig lengre enn standard IKT-utstyr og det er derfor viktig å ha erfaring med eldre plattformer, samt god kjennskap til nettverk, servere og annen IKT infrastruktur

• Forretningsforståelse for IKT og erfaring fra drift/utvikling eller forvaltning av IKT løsninger

• SCRUM-, Agil-, Kanban- og/eller LEAN-erfaring er ønskelig

• Erfaring med omlegging av Windows klienter er ønskelig

• Kompetanse på Active Directory, GPO, SCCM, Ivanti/RES og Powershell

Konsulenten(e) må påregne ulik belastning i perioden. Tilbudte konsulenter må være tilgjengelige for kunde i hele perioden.

Sted: Sted for utførelse vil være Skøyen eller konsulentenes egne lokasjoner etter avtale med bestiller. Jfr. Koronarestriksjoner. Det må påregnes noe reisevirksomhet til ulike HF/lokasjoner innenfor HSØ.

Opsjon: Kunden har en ensidig rett til å forlenge oppdraget på eksisterende vilkår frem til 31.07.2023.

For our client we are looking for a IT Project Manger.

The mission

It is your mission to run projects from idea to implementation. You are generally interested in supply chain business processes linked to digitization. Being responsive and enjoy working in a truly dynamic and international environment with global coordination describes you.

The client are planning a large digitization program of their OEM sourcing operation ranging from improved purchase order and invoice management across Group entities for their OEM flows facilitated by a dual PO process with Group OEM SC as intermediate (incl related finance processing), to improved support for the demand/supply planning process for OEM. Furthermore, the aim is also to set up a supplier collaboration solution for increased transparency between Electrolux and OEM suppliers.

The client have completed the initial assessment of process and tools approach and are ready to start detailed analysis phase and blueprint (process & system). They need your help to structure and manage the program across the different streams and phases. You are working together with Business and IT colleagues (central and local) and external partners.

To be successful here, we are looking for a very experienced Project Manager with a background managing Supply chain programs utilizing digital tools. You are coming as an experienced PM and enjoy delivering on an operational level as well as managing C suite stakeholders globally. As important as the project delivery as such is the Change Management piece, ensuring the business transformation and organization readiness. If you tick in these boxes, a very interesting global project is waiting for you.

Leading this project means coordinating the client's internal resources both business and IT representatives, managing dependencies to other projects/streams and continuously following up on progress and present an implementation plan to the decision makers. Final scope for the rollout is still to be set which give you the opportunity to influence how you want to structure this in the most efficient way for the full rollout.

Excellent project management and communication skills coupled with strong change management and understanding of supply chain processes & tools will help the project deliver on its objectives.

The IT tools envisioned to be used for this program are SAP ECC, SAP IBP as well as Blueyonder control tower solutions coupled with BI reporting through PowerBI.
