We are looking for an Integration Architect with strong expertise in SmartRecruiters and preferably SAP SuccessFactors to support ongoing integration initiatives between these two platforms.

This role is focused on architecture and advisory, rather than hands-on development. You will play a key role in helping project teams understand system configurations, data structures, and field mappings to ensure seamless integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide architectural guidance for integration between SmartRecruiters and SuccessFactors

Support project teams with understanding of data structures, field setups, and configuration in SmartRecruiters

Collaborate closely with integration specialists and SuccessFactors experts within the team

Act as a subject matter expert for SmartRecruiters in integration scenarios

Contribute to solution design and validation, ensuring alignment with business requirements

Support testing activities when needed, particularly related to SmartRecruiters functionality

Required Experience & Skills

Proven experience working with SmartRecruiters, including system setup and configuration

Experience in integration projects, ideally involving SAP SuccessFactors

Architectural mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

Good understanding of data mapping, fields, and system interactions

Experience working in cross-functional project teams

Nice to Have

Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors

Experience in integration tools or middleware

Background in testing and validation of integrations
