🔹 For our Client from banking industry we are looking for Senior IT Business Analyst - 3 days at the office is required 🔹

Overview: Support the delivery of business and technical requirements for banking and payment-related solutions by working closely with stakeholders across business, architecture, development, testing, and legal teams.

Required language: EN - English

Location: Tricity, with Warsaw and Łódź also optional

Consultant is expected in the office 3 days/week

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business strategies in alignment with the target picture and sustainable solutions
• Elicit functional and non-functional requirements by working with architects, developers, testers, business teams, and legal stakeholders
• Translate business strategies into detailed technical requirements for the IT team
• Ensure requirements traceability throughout the end-to-end development lifecycle
• Prepare and maintain requirements documentation, including use cases, and support quality improvement activities
• Support testers and developers within the team and hub
• Verify developed solutions by reviewing test results
• Provide insights to stakeholders on the effectiveness of implemented solutions

Must-have knowledge and experience:

• Experience in IT and/or business analysis
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with experience in international collaboration
• Experience using Jira and Confluence
• Experience or knowledge of API development, data mapping, and process modelling
• Knowledge of the banking sector and payment domain
• Practical knowledge of SQL, user interface prototyping, and design
• Knowledge of architecture diagrams such as sequence diagrams
• Solid technical knowledge for effective collaboration with developers
• Proficiency with analysis tools and methodologies

Nice-to-have knowledge and experience:

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the banking sector
• Practical knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs
• Knowledge of PSD2, PSD3/PSR, and NFR
