The HMI & UX Design team is responsible for designing market-leading UI and UX. It is a true cross-functional design team where inter-disciplinary focus, curiosity and drive are highly valued. Assignment Description
The HMI project manager plays a critical role in the development, implementation, and deployment of an HMI systems. As HMI Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of human-machine interfaces (HMI) for vehicles. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, software engineers, hardware engineers, and designers, to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality HMIs that meet customer needs and expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Plan the HMI frontend design project from start to finish. This includes defining the project scope, objectives, and timelines, defining requirements, identifying the resources required, and creating a project plan.
- Manage the project team, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress. The HMI project manager also ensures that the team has the necessary resources to complete the project on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and other external partners to ensure the timely delivery of components and systems.
- Communicate project status and progress with stakeholders, suppliers, and team members. This includes managing expectations, providing regular updates, addressing any concerns or issues that arise, and make recommendations for project changes as needed.
- Manage project budgets and resources, including personnel, software, and hardware requirements
- Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate project risks
- Oversee the design and development of the HMI system. This includes working closely with the design team to ensure that the interface meets the needs of the end-users, and are compliant with relevant standards and regulations related to HMI design and development.
- Ensure that the HMI system is thoroughly tested and meets the required quality standards. This includes conducting tests to identify any issues or bugs and working with the development team to resolve them.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of HMI systems into the vehicle's architecture and to resolve technical issues, and ensure the final deployment of the HMI system is operational.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in HMI design and development and recommend improvements to design processes and tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or business
- At least 5 years of experience from working in or near HMI design and development, preferably within the automotive industry
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects stakeholders, seek alignment and set direction.
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead a cross-functional teams towards a clear goal
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design content, technical information, and risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

The context
Client Defense is starting new journey implementing the Product Lifecycle Management way of living, which means big improvements are done to business processes and the supporting IT solutions. Our team is in the core of this journey, delivering all the IT solutions and infrastructure to support the PLM.
Main characteristics of the job
You will join a competent Agile team working with Windchill PLM. We have interesting new development and product increments ahead of us and need to strengthen our team with Senior Solution Architect/SW Engineer who will work with PDMLink, ProjectLink customizations and configurations together with the rest of the team.
Your days would simply run by in the agile team, where we develop and maintain the Windchill solution, which is used and will be used for EBOM with depending change flows and elements (PR, CR, ECN etc.). We do not have various integrations but various security requirements by legal and military.
Your main responsibility will be develop/configurate the PDMLink/ProjectLink, and also test the development either manual or using testing automation tool.

As a Data Engineer, you will build and maintain products within Financial Data and Controlling such as Financial Data Warehouse (FDW) and Financial Planning & Analytics platform (FP&A), including data flows and modules, to meet the requirements of having a truly Connected Planning experience.

Rundt 75% av alt innhold vi publiserer i NRKs radiokanaler er musikk, og på TV utgjør musikk også en stor del av innholdet. Vi har en musikksjef og strategier for musikkområdet, og det forventes at NRK tar ansvar for å spille norsk og samisk musikk, spesielt med norske og samiske tekster. Hvert år rapporteres dette inn til Medietilsynet.
Vi rapporterer også løpende all musikk vi spiller til rettighetsorganisasjonene, som fordeler penger ut til artister og opphavspersoner.
I NRK jobber et antall musikkprodusenter og musikkrådgivere som setter sammen musikkprofiler for de ulike radiokanalene, og hjelper videoredigerere med å finne den beste musikken til å lydlegge levende bilder.
På teknologisiden har vi et lite antall systemer som håndterer musikk, blant annet et digitalt musikkarkiv (DMA), som inneholder tre millioner musikkspor, med tilhørende metadata og andre mediefiler. Musikkarkivarer bearbeider til dels mangelfull metadata fra diverse leverandører, som gjør musikken søkbar internt. Vi har også en stor samling med NRKs egenproduserte musikk i arkivet. DMA er et innkjøpt system, men vi har jobbet tett med firmaet som utvikler det i mange år, slik at det fungerer best mulig til våre behov. Vi har også nylig kjøpt et musikkrapporteringssystem, som bruker akustisk fingeravtrykk-teknologi for å kjenne igjen, hvilken musikk vi har spilt, slik at vi kan sende rapporter til rettighetsorganisasjonene. Også her finnes fagpersoner i NRK som har kompetanse på rettigheter og rapportering.
Vi er tynt bemannet i Teknologidivisjonen på musikkområdet og vi ønsker å forstå hvordan vi bør rigge oss for å møte fremtiden. Derfor leter vi nå etter en tjenestedesigner, som kan hjelpe oss å skaffe innsikt - både internt og eksternt - for at vi skal kunne prioritere riktig fremover
