We are looking for a Senior Database Engineer to design, build, and optimize Snowpark and DBT workflows within a modern data warehouse environment.

Location: Gdańsk - 3 days from the office

Role Summary

The person in this role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Snowpark and DBT workflows, as well as building and maintaining the CI/CD and test automation setup around them.

A key part of the position is ensuring that monthly jobs run reliably and that any issues are identified and addressed proactively.

This role requires solid technical database engineering skills combined with the ability to communicate clearly with both business and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize Snowpark and DBT workflows.
• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD and test automation setup.
• Monitor monthly jobs and ensure their reliability.
• Communicate with business and technology teams.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong SQL skills.
• Hands-on experience with DBT.
• Experience working with data warehouse environments.
• Experience with AI agent creation.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the banking sector.
• Experience with Credit Risk
