We are looking for an experienced Finance Solution Consultant to participate in several global roll-out, being responsible for the design, implementation and continuous improvement of customer's finance end-to-end solutions (ERP, Travel Expense Management, consolidation systems), ensuring they meet local business needs and align with the Global Template. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze finance business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs
• Support the solution lifecycle: planning, development, implementation and maintenance
• Ensure seamless integration of finance solutions with ERP, Travel Expense Management and consolidation systems
• Support the development and safeguarding of the Global Template to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement of solution functionality and performance
• Maintain solution documentation (design, configuration, user guides) and support end-user training
• Ensure solutions comply with relevant regulations, standards and best practices

Required experience and competencies

• Proven experience in finance solutions and processes (ERP, Travel Expense Management, consolidation systems)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills; proficiency in finance software and tools
• Ability to work in cross-functional, global teams and adapt to changing priorities
• Relevant certifications (e.g. Dynamics365) are an advantage
• Location in the EU / Finland, but be prepared to travel as needed.
