Role Overview We are seeking a technically versatile Developer to support secure infrastructure and application environments within a restricted client setting. The role requires hands-on development, automation, and deployment work across multiple technologies while complying with strict security and operational policies.

Workload is estimated to be 60%

Mandatory Requirements

• Finnish nationality

• Fluent Finnish language skills (spoken and written)

• Ability to pass security clearance

• Ability to work on-site in the Helsinki metropolitan region at least 3 days per week

Core Technical Skills

• PowerShell scripting and automation

• Python development

• JavaScript, including React framework

• Offline package management (RPM, Node ecosystems)

• Containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

• OpenPGP encryption tooling and key management

• Configuration management using Ansible

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-security or regulated IT environments

• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
