🔹 For our Client from banking industry we are looking for Data Analyst Support - 3 days at the office in Gdańsk🔹

Project: Support a highly prioritized strategic DORA program by transforming raw data into structured models and delivering high-sensitivity executive KPI dashboards for business-critical reporting.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with the DORA Programme Manager Office and support the DORA Programme Manager and Program Sponsor
• Transform raw data, such as Excel spreadsheets, into structured data models and SQL databases
• Deliver, maintain, and improve executive reporting KPI dashboards, including Power BI dashboards
• Prepare solution documentation and support additional ad-hoc tasks when required
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across all deliverables
• Work independently and communicate any delivery blockers or risks clearly and transparently

Must-have knowledge and experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Data Analysis and Business Intelligence, including creating and managing structured databases and BI dashboards
• Strong SQL and Excel skills, including aggregations and basic data modelling
• Good understanding of relational databases and ETL frameworks
• Experience with Power BI, including data modelling, visualization best practices, and translating requirements into actionable intelligence
• Attention to data quality and details
• Ability to work independently and communicate proactively in English
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Nice-to-have knowledge and experience:

• Experience building executive reporting solutions for strategic programs
• Ability to turn business needs into clear and effective analytical outputs
