For our client, an global manufacturing company who produces gardening appliances, we realize a recruitment process on the position Lead SAP Solution.

Main Responsibilities:

• Developing digital roadmap to establish processes with business site
• Evaluating SAP solutions while cooperating with architect and business
• Assuring the execution of SAP standards and contributing with your experience on design topics and related to PTP
• Understanding of the requirements to make a change for the IT landscape and proposing the solutions to generate a value for business
• Assuring that business objectives are well-defined well described in the documentation to get to the point where it is possible to implement
• Stakeholder managing activities – IT and non-IT
• Proactive change management to ensure proper optimization and business satisfaction

An ideal candidate profile:

• Having higher educational level
• Circa 15 years of experience within SAP roles within SAP Procurement and IM/EWM
• Hands-on experience with transformation projects ideally based on S/4 Hana
• Expertise in SAP Procurement and Logistics (IM, EWM, QM, TM) in the field of design and configuration
• Very good understanding of Core Data Objects in SAP
• Having leadership skills as a role model for the team on the projects
• Hands-on experience with complex E2E process PTP (procure to pay) in global environment
• Knowledge of Supplier Master Data
• Technical competences within: SAP Procurement, IM, EWM, Quality Management, Inventory Management and Analytics Integration of satellite systems, transportation management, SAP S/4 Hana
• English skills written and spoken as you will have strictly international/global environment
