CT BCP Project Manager - Business Continuity Manager

Location: Gdynia/Gdańsk/Warsaw/Łódź (min. 3 days per week on-site)

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced ICT BCP Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of more than 70 ICT Business Continuity Plans for a large Nordic bank. You will keep a steady flow of plans by managing dependencies across projects, and you will help shape the ICT BCP framework, templates and testing methodology, so that they meet regulatory expectations and the bank's own standards.

You will work closely with the DORA programme, business and technology stakeholders and multiple project teams, aligning the scope and content of ICT BCPs with the requirements for critical or important functions. Your goal is to make sure the bank's ICT services are covered by consistent, well-governed and testable continuity plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the development and delivery of 70+ ICT BCPs, ensuring a steady flow of plans and managing dependencies to other projects
• Support the creation of the ICT BCP framework and template in line with the bank's guidelines, existing practices and input from key stakeholders
• Drive the development of the ICT BCP testing methodology, based on existing business continuity guidelines and the bank's methodologies
• Collaborate with the DORA programme to align the content and scope of ICT BCPs for critical or important functions
• Continuously evaluate the workload based on deliveries from the DORA project and identify resource requirements
• Engage with DORA representatives to identify potential delays early and mitigate them
• Manage the approval process for ICT BCPs
• Support the development of ICT BCP governance documentation and its lifecycle maintenance
• Prepare project documentation, presentations and delivery materials, consolidating input from different teams and perspectives into clear, consistent outputs

Required Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of experience in developing or working with Business Continuity frameworks and documentation
• Good knowledge of DORA and relevant financial services regulations related to ICT BCPs
• Hands-on experience in preparing project documentation, presentations and delivery documents
• Good communication skills and the ability to develop materials such as processes, procedures, policies or frameworks
• Ability to collaborate across teams and rationalise different inputs into a coherent approach
• Preferably experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery or Operational Resilience in the financial services sector
