Senior Product Owner – Digital Transformation & AI (Finance)

About the Role

We are currently seeking a Senior Product Owner / Digital Lead to support a large, global organization in accelerating its digital transformation journey within Finance. This role focuses on identifying and delivering high-impact AI-driven initiatives that create measurable business value.

You will work at the intersection of business and technology, collaborating closely with Finance stakeholders, IT teams, and platform specialists to turn innovative ideas into scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive digital and AI initiatives from concept through to implementation
• Lead structured AI opportunity discovery workshops and define a prioritized backlog
• Translate business needs into clear solution requirements
• Guide cross-functional teams in delivering value-driven outcomes
• Manage and optimize the application portfolio
• Ensure alignment with existing platforms, data architecture, and governance frameworks
• Lead change management efforts and drive user adoption
• Communicate progress, risks, and value realization to senior stakeholders
• Required Skills & Experience
• Extensive experience as a Senior Product Owner, Digital Lead, or similar role in large organizations
• Strong understanding of finance processes and digital transformation initiatives
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML use cases, data analytics, and modern cloud technologies
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across both business and IT domains
• Strong Agile background, including certifications and several years of practical experience
• Excellent communication skills, structured mindset, and strong focus on business value delivery

Location: Stockholm

Full-time assignment (40 hours/week) Possibility for 40% Remote

Occasional travel required (1–2 times per month within Sweden)
