For our Client from banking industry we are looking for Senior IT Tester

Work task:

• E2E testing of applications and surronding eco-systems within Mortgage domain
• Test of functionality on high level and from end to end perspective
• Creating overall and complete business critical flow testing
• Analyze requirements, design comprehensive test scenarios, create detailed test cases, and execute manual functional tests across complete end-to-end user workflows
• Identify, document, and track defects with detailed reproduction steps; collaborate with developers to resolve issues and perform retesting and regression testing
• Review functional requirements for completeness and testability of them, participate in refinement sessions, and ensure acceptance criteria are clear and testable
• Verify integration points between system components, validate data flow across applications, and test third-party integrations from a functional perspective
• Work closely with business analysts, developers, and product owners; participate in agile ceremonies; communicate test progress and provide testing estimates
• Provide test status reports and quality metrics, assess release readiness and support UAT activities
• Planning & Executing regression tests for each release

Must have skills:

• 10+ years of experience in Software Testing - strong testing experience (preferably PEGA and API testing) with Mortgages domain background
• Tester mindset (attention to details/quality/problems)
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Proactive person & skills
• Experience in modern testing standards – nice to have ISTQB Foundation Level cert
• Manual Testing skills (Functional , System & Integration, API and PEGA)
• E2E testing experience
• Ability to working with international, cross-country environment
• Have good communication skills with good English
• Willingness to learn and understanding new tools and processes
• Working experience in Pega and REST API testing
• General testing knowledge to the level of ISTQB Foundation Level.
• Experienced in test management tools (qTest or similar i.e Xray/HP ALM)
• Experienced in defining, executing and reporting tests for complex software systems
• Working in Agile Teams & Jira/Confluence practical experience

Nice to have:

• Preferably knowledge of automated API testing tools (e.g., Postman collections, REST Assured, Cypress, or similar).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience testing microservices-based architectures.
• System Testing of modern UI (Web/Mobile)

Possible location in Poland : Warsaw, Gdańsk, Gdynia or Łódź (2-3 days per week from office)
