Hands-on AI Enablement Consultant & Change Agent

The project involves joining an elite AI Center of Enablement within a leading international healthcare and social services provider. This agile "strike team" operates independently of traditional IT structures, reporting directly to business management to ensure rapid deployment and strategic impact.

As the organization scales its presence across Europe, this project focuses on AI Coaching and acting as a hands-on change agent. You won’t just be building models in a vacuum. You will sit down with people in various functions - observe, challenge and redesign their workflows, and physically show them how to transform their daily tasks with automation and machine intelligence. Your goal is to move the needle from manual work to the age of AI.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Use Case Discovery: Collaborate directly with business units such as HR, Accounting, and Finance to pinpoint specific processes ripe for AI-driven automation.
  • Premium AI Coaching: Lead the "upskilling" of high-performing analysts and specialists, transforming them into power users of advanced AI interfaces.
  • Change Management & Facilitation: Bridge the gap between complex business workflows and AI capabilities through hands-on collaboration and continuous enablement.
  • Efficiency Management: Drive a culture of best practices and "token efficiency," ensuring that high-cost/high-value tools are used effectively and sustainably.
  • Scaling Operations: Support the development of LLM-based products, ensuring internal innovations are robust enough for international implementation.

Qualifications and technical skills

  • Advanced AI Tooling: Deep, hands-on expertise with cutting-edge AI tools and developer environments (e.g., Claude Code, Cowork, and advanced LLM orchestrators).
  • Business Process Excellence: Strong ability to dissect and understand core business functions to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Human-Centric Facilitation: Exceptional interpersonal and soft skills, with a proven ability to lead organizational change and mentor high-level specialists.
  • "Player-Coach" Approach: You don’t just deliver a tool and leave. You teach. You’ll be upskilling staff so that after you’ve shown them how to automate five tasks, they have the mindset and skills to do the sixth one themselves.
  • Economic Technical Mindset: Deep understanding of AI best practices, including cost-consciousness regarding token usage and model selection.

Note on industry: You do not need an extensive background in healthcare. Our client believes that being too industry-specific might actually be a hindrance. They are looking for fresh eyes and pure AI / process experience.
