Join a backend-focused engineering engagement where you will design, build, deploy, and operate production services end to end while working closely with users and stakeholders.In this role, you will:

• Design, build, deploy, and operate backend services across the full lifecycle, from system design and implementation to production support and iteration.
• Turn customer problems into secure, tested, observable, documented and maintainable backend solutions.
• Own service quality end to end, including incident response, reliability improvements and ongoing architectural evolution.
• Contribute to technical solution design, code reviews and engineering standards that raise quality across the team.
• Collaborate directly with internal and external customers to understand goals, pain points and real-world usage feedback.

You will thrive if:

• You have deep backend engineering experience, including service design, API design, data modelling, concurrency and performance optimization.
• You have worked with distributed systems in production and understand scale, resilience and failure handling.
• You are comfortable with Go or can ramp up quickly from another backend language with strong engineering fundamentals.
• You can contribute beyond the backend when needed, including adjacent frontend or data-related tasks.
• You use AI-assisted development tools effectively and apply strong judgment when reviewing AI-generated code and technical trade-offs.
