Senior Product Designer
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to help design personalised digital experiences across multiple customer touchpoints. You'll work in a mature product organisation where experimentation, design systems and close collaboration with engineering are part of everyday work.This role is ideal for someone who combines exceptional visual craft with strong product thinking and enjoys solving complex personalisation challenges.
You have extensive experience designing high-quality digital experiences across native iOS and Android applications, responsive web and email, ideally within retail, e-commerce or other complex consumer-facing digital products. You thrive in fast-paced product environments where experimentation is part of everyday work, using hypothesis-driven design, A/B testing and continuous learning to improve customer experiences.
You are comfortable designing personalised and adaptive interfaces, where the user experience changes dynamically based on customer needs, behaviours or segments. Your design decisions are informed by both qualitative and quantitative insights, combining user research and usability testing with analytics, heatmaps and other behavioural data. You are highly proficient in Figma, with deep expertise in components, auto layout, variables and design tokens, and you enjoy contributing to scalable design systems that enable consistency across products.
Collaboration is central to how you work. You partner closely with product managers, developers and engineers throughout the design and delivery process, bringing ideas from concept to implementation in agile product teams. Alongside your strong visual design skills and attention to detail, you actively contribute to raising the quality of both the product and the design practice.Your responsibilities
Experience in large-scale, customer-facing digital ecosystems with omnichannel journeys and personalisation capabilities is strongly preferred

- Design high-quality experiences across responsive web, native iOS & Android and email channels
- Create interfaces that dynamically adapt to different customer segments and contexts
- Turn analytics, behavioural insights and research findings into impactful design decisions
- Design, prototype and validate concepts through usability testing and experimentation
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers and researchers throughout the product lifecycle
- Contribute to and evolve a live design system
- Deliver polished, production-ready designs using advanced Figma workflows
- Champion design quality and continuously improve the customer experience
- Extensive Product Design or UX/UI Design experience in digital product organisations
- Strong background in retail, e-commerce or consumer digital products
- Excellent visual and interaction design skills
- Experience designing responsive web, native mobile applications and email experiences
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and hypothesis-driven product development
- Strong understanding of user research, usability testing and data-informed design
- Advanced Figma expertise including components, variables, auto layout and design tokens
- Experience working closely with engineering in agile product teams
- Experience contributing to mature design systems
- Complex digital product experience

- Inclusive design and accessibility expertise
