We are seeking a driven and versatile R&D Lead Engineer to join our team in Hyvinkää. Capability to manage, plan and execute R&D projects (e.g. IoT, AI and predictive maintenance). - Systems analysis/evaluation - Mechatronics and mechanics - Functional Safety Industry Standards (IEC-61508, ISO-13849) - Door sensors applications evaluation and testing. - Knowledge of connectivity, IOT and cybersecurity (e.g. ISO 27001). - Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and Software engineering. - Capability to design, build and operate prototypes. - Software Development Skills: Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, C++) and experience with software development tools. - Hardware-Software Integration: Experience in integrating hardware and software systems, particularly in IoT and AI applications. - Industry-Specific Knowledge: Familiarity with the door industry and related technologies is a plus.
