We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer to join Team NICE. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering skills with cloud expertise and a passion for automation, platform engineering, and modern development practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience developing enterprise applications in Java.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot and building scalable backend services and APIs.
• Proven experience designing and implementing REST-based integrations; experience with SOAP services is an advantage.
• Solid experience working with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC); Terraform experience is highly desirable.
• Experience developing, deploying, and operating applications in cloud environments.
• Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
• Proficiency with Git, Maven, and modern CI/CD practices.
• Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server and relational databases.
• Experience creating and maintaining Flyway migration scripts.
• Good understanding of Azure services, cloud security, monitoring, and operational best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience working in Agile development teams and collaborating with architects, developers, business stakeholders, and suppliers.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
