Project Manager ServiceNow (ITSM & Employee Center)

We are looking for an experienced and independent ServiceNow Project Manager for our global industrial client to lead a major IT Service Management (ITSM) renewal initiative.

In this role, you will take full ownership of the comprehensive modernization of their ServiceNow Employee Center portal and Service Catalog.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: You will be responsible for the progress, scheduling, and stakeholder communication of the ServiceNow Employee Center portal renewal project in a global operating environment.
  • Process and Catalog Development: You will guide the restructuring of the Service Catalog and the renewal of ITSM modules to meet modern standards.
What We Expect from You:

  • Solid ServiceNow Expertise: You have a strong, proven track record of ServiceNow implementations, with specific expertise in the ITSM module and Employee Center.
  • International Project Management Experience: You are comfortable leading global IT initiatives that span multiple time zones. You can steer operations independently, even during an organizational transition.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent English is a must. Experience in vendor management and supplier collaboration is considered a strong advantage.
This part-time assignment (50 %) will start in the beginning of September and will continue until February 2027. The work can be done fully remotely, and the assignment may require occasional travel within Europe.
