For our client we are looking for a ERP Project Manager.

With start in september 2026, the client will initiate the implementation of SAP S/4, with go live 1/1 2027. This will be done with function experts and a global implementation team. For this purpose we are looking for a ERP project manager taking the overall responsilibity for the project success. The assignment includes responsibility for:

* Define scope and success criteria for the ERP project

* Project plan, timeline, milestones, and dependencies

* Identify stakeholders, roles and resources

* Business requirements and current processes

* Track schedule, scope, and deliverables

* Risk management, issues and blockers

* Data migration and system configuration

* Testing, validation, and user acceptance before go-live

* Training, communication, and go-live support

Qualifications

* ERP project management experience, SAP S/4. Subject matter expert.

* Strong communication skills

* Advanced skills in knowledge transfer and presentations.

* Strong planning and execution skills

* Leadership and team co-ordination experience

* Business process understanding - financial, logistics sales and purchasing

* Technical implementation understanding

* Experience of stakeholder management
