We are seeking a SAP SuccesFactors Consultant for our client in the pharma industry

The consultant will gather and translate business requirements into SAP SuccessFactors solutions, with a focus on Performance & Goals Management, Compensation, and Variable Pay. The role includes configuring and optimizing the relevant modules, as well as supporting testing, defect resolution, releases, and annual HR cycles. The consultant will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to deliver best-practice solutions and ensure successful implementation.

Required Skills:

• Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals Management (senior level)
• Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay (senior level)

Key responsibilities:

• Requirements and User Story Management
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, refine user stories, define acceptance criteria, and recommend best-practice solutions for SAP SuccessFactors PMGM, Compensation, and Variable Pay.
• Configuration and Solution Delivery
• Configure and enhance the PMGM, Compensation, and Variable Pay modules, including templates, workflows, eligibility rules, calculations, permissions, and cycle-related settings.
• Testing, Deployment, and Support
• Prepare and execute testing, resolve defects, document changes, support releases and annual cycles, and provide expert troubleshooting and knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Start date: 1 September

Duration: 5 months, until the end of January 2027

Engagement mode: Remote

Location: No specific preference, but the consultant must have experience working with European clients

For the duration of this assignment Ework Services (0,9%) will be deducted from the total amount invoiced.
