We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead / Embedded Software Architect to lead the development of next-generation cabin solutions in the heavy equipment industry.

In this role, you will combine technical leadership, system architecture, and hands-on embedded software development while working closely with customers and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Leading SmartCabin software development activities

• Acting as technical lead and customer project lead

• Defining and evolving SmartCabin architecture

• Embedded software design and development for I/O modules

• Development of SmartCabin functionality using Linux, C/C++, and CAN technologies

• Customer-specific software development

• Technical customer support and stakeholder collaboration

• Guiding development teams and supporting technical decision-making

Expected experience

• Strong background in embedded software development and architecture

• Excellent Linux and C/C++ development skills

• Experience with CAN-based systems and communication protocols

• Ability to lead technical teams and customer projects

• Experience with system design, software architecture, and product development

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

• Heavy machinery, automotive, or industrial equipment experience

• HMI, cabin, or vehicle systems development

• Knowledge of cloud-connected embedded systems

• Experience working directly with OEM customers
