🔹 For our Client we are looking for Technical Business Analyst🔹

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst (Technical BA) to join a multidisciplinary team delivering complex solutions within Investment Banking and Financial Services, with strong exposure to data platforms, regulatory initiatives, and integration‑heavy systems.

The Technical BA acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, combining strong business analysis capabilities with hands‑on technical understanding of data flows, systems integration, and non‑functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end‑to‑end business and technical analysis for change initiatives across banking and risk platforms
• Elicit, analyse, and document functional and non‑functional requirements (BRDs, user stories, APIs, data mappings, interface specs)
• Perform data analysis to understand source‑to‑target flows, data quality, reconciliation rules, and regulatory reporting needs
• Collaborate with Architects and Development teams on solution design, integration patterns, and system behaviours
• Define and support test scenarios, validate outcomes, and assist with UAT and regression testing
• Work closely with stakeholders across Risk, Credit, Regulatory, and Trading domains
• Support Agile delivery: backlog refinement, sprint planning, 3‑Amigos sessions, and documentation in Jira/Confluence

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in Financial Services / Investment Banking
• Proven experience working on data‑intensive and integration‑driven systems
• Exposure to Risk, Credit, Regulatory Reporting, Trade Lifecycle, or Capital Markets domains
• Experience supporting regulatory or compliance‑driven change programs

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Data analysis skills: SQL for data investigation and validation, understanding of data models and data warehouses
• Experience with APIs and system integrations (REST, message‑based interfaces)
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and delivery governance
• Tools: Jira, Confluence, data analysis and reporting tools
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Azure‑based data platforms, Databricks, or cloud architectures
• Experience working alongside QA teams defining test cases and acceptance criteria
• Background in UAT coordination or regulatory testing

Possible location in Poland : Poznań or Wrocław - 2 days/week onsite.
