We are looking for a Scrum Master for our client in the banking sector.

Detailed description of work task to be carried out

-Finland is the only location that will be considered for this role.

-Facilitate Scrum events

-Resolve impediments

-Coach developers and testers

-Work closely with the business Product Owner

-Drive relentless improvement in the team’s processes

Must-have knowledge and experience

-5 years of experience as Scrum Master

-Scrum Master certification (preferably SAFe)

-Experience leading software development initiatives

-Excellent planner and organiser

-Skilled in visualising and reporting progress of the team’s work

-Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence

-General technical / IT knowledge

-Good communication skills

-Can-do attitude

Nice-to-have knowledge and experience

-Nordea experience

-Experience with Credit Customer Journeys

Allocation: 100%

Assignment start date: as soon as a suitable candidate is identified

Assignment end date: 26.2.2027

Location: Helsinki, Finland (on-site 3 days/week)

Language: Fluent in English, both written and spoken
