We are looking for 2 Temenos IT Analysts to join our upstream team in a Nordic bank.

Location: Gdańsk / Gdynia / Warsaw / Łódź — 2-3 days/week from the office

Role Summary

The person in this role will be responsible for collecting requirements from business stakeholders and documenting them as features and/or user stories, as part of a program replacing legacy local systems with a single core banking platform. The candidate will independently drive requirements from collection, through documentation, to handover to developers.

This role requires the ability to work in a complex environment with many different stakeholders and dependencies, and the ability to understand that environment quickly and onboard fast.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect requirements from business stakeholders.
• Document requirements as features and/or user stories.
• Drive the requirements process independently — from collection, through documentation, to handover to developers.
• Work effectively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Understand the program environment quickly and onboard fast

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience with T24 / Transact.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in the banking sector, preferably with a larger bank.
• Professional knowledge of banking products.
• 5-10+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst.
• Experience working in a larger program (approx. 300+ employees).

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in a bank.
• Experience with Hadoop.
