We are looking for an expert to develop design system solutions for our client. The role combines strong hands-on design system expertise, designer–developer collaboration, and the development of AI-native ways of working.
Must-have

• Senior-level UI/Product Designer, Design System Designer, or similar
• Strong hands-on experience in design system design and development
• Experience in design system documentation and adoption
• Strong understanding of designer–developer collaboration and how design systems move from design into implementation
• Ability to work independently as a senior expert in a client environment

We are looking for someone who already has practical experience with, AI-native design system thinking:

• Practical experience using AI in design work
• Understanding of AI-native design system thinking
• Experience with or understanding of Figma MCP
• Ability to leverage design system structures in AI- and agent-based workflows
• Interest in design-to-code and agentic workflow development
• Experience with Claude is considered an advantage
