The customer is planning on renewing their internal communication applications. This is a large and complex organization with very different business areas and both blue and white collar workers. Customer has done their own user research an mapped business needs, and now need help with evaluating different technologies and selecting the right one. This is the first phase of the project, and it would be natural to aim to continue as project manager of the implementation project. The implementation project will be vast, and likely to require also change management services. The technologies they have currently mapped and wish to compare are Microsoft Viva, Relesys and Staffbase. Person needs to know English, Finnish is a plus. It is also a strong plus to be able to travel to customer premises in Vantaa at least a few times. It is not sure, what is the needed time allocation, 50% is an estimation at this point. Same applies for the duration of the work. The customer seems to want to make a quick start, and even start work before key person goes on summer holidays (5.7.). So the project might start already in June.
