Assignment Description

We are looking for a talented UX/UI design consultant with 3-5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate have experience in both UX and UI design for digital services. As a designer, you are passionate about advocating for the user and strive to design valuable, usable, and desirable products. As a person, we believe you:

• Have a passion for understanding humans.

• Are a team player.

• Have an agile mindset (test-learn-modify).

• Have a high level of self-leadership.

• Have excellent communication skills English is required; Swedish is a bonus.

Tasks

What will you do? We believe that we will become a stronger team if everyone is involved in the design process. Examples of what you can do (depending on your specialty):

• User research and usability test

• Formulate user goals

• Concept design

• Detailed UI design

• Plan and moderate cross-functional workshops

• Continuous development and enhancement of our Design System and way of working

• Design system ownership tasks such as facilitate meetings and workshops, support developers and designers
