Assignment

We are looking for an experienced LeanIX Consultant and Architect to support a major ERP transformation programme. The assignment focuses on establishing LeanIX as the central architecture management platform and defining a scalable architecture management approach that serves both immediate programme needs and future enterprise-wide use.

The consultant will be responsible for designing and implementing a LeanIX Meta Model, aligning architecture, process and application information, and creating governance practices that support architecture change and dependency management throughout the transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and configure a LeanIX Meta Model aligned with agreed business and architecture use cases.

• Define architecture domains, relationships, attributes and governance practices while ensuring future extensibility.

• Align process, functionality and application architectures and create a structured view of dependencies.

• Define architecture data sources, ownership models, onboarding processes and data quality practices.

• Design the architecture operating model, including governance, dependency management and architecture change processes.

• Establish an implementation roadmap and coordinate implementation activities.

• Support integrations between LeanIX and related platforms.

• Provide training and knowledge transfer for administrators, architects and business users.

Required Experience

• Strong hands-on experience implementing and configuring LeanIX, including Meta Model design.

• Experience translating business and architecture use cases into LeanIX structures and governance models.

• Good understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks and modelling practices (e.g. TOGAF or similar).

• Experience in ERP transformation programmes and complex application landscapes.

• Experience designing architecture operating models and dependency management practices.

• Hands-on experience with SAP LeanIX–SAP Signavio integration and aligning process, functionality and application models

• Strong understanding of architecture data management, ownership and onboarding processes.

• Experience integrating architecture, process and project management information.

• Ability to work independently with architects, programme stakeholders and business representatives.
