We are looking fo Senior Developer/Architect for our client who is undergoing a major renewal of its products, services, and core systems. As part of this transformation, they are looking for an experienced Lead developer/architect  who can drive technical planning and guide a growing development team.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of developers through guidance, reviews, and best practices.

• Contribute to the technical design and planning of integrations and user interfaces for new systems.

• Participate in environment setup and ensure robust, secure, and scalable configurations.

• Support in CI/CD pipeline configuration to support efficient and modern development practices.

• Support in setting up monitoring and logging to ensure system reliability and transparency.

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and collaborate closely with other IT teams.

• Contribute actively to cross-team cooperation, ensuring consistency and alignment across the IT landscape and business stakeholders.

Technical Skills

• 5+ years of experience in integrations

• Strong Azure expertise, especially in:

  • Azure Logic Apps

  • Azure Functions

  • Azure environment management

• 5+ years of experience in C# development.

• Knowledge of secure coding, logging practices, IAM, and CI/CD tooling.

• Experience with Terraform or similar IaC tools.

• Experience with SQL databases and/or Power Platform, Dataverse & Power Pages is a plus.

• Experience with file-based data transfers and understanding restrictions of legacy on-premise systems is an advantage.

Soft Skills & Working Style

• Strong documentation skills and the ability to navigate and interpret existing technical documentation.

• Persistent, analytical, and proactive in seeking answers and engaging with internal stakeholders.

• Creative and solution-oriented mindset.

• Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.

Additional Information

• Ability to travel to Turku 1–2 times per month.
