Description: Our organization is seeking experienced full stack developers with a strong preference for candidates located in or near Oslo, Norway. The focus of this project is to enhance our digital platform by integrating new features and improving existing functionalities to boost user engagement and streamline operations. Developers should possess expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies to ensure a seamless user experience and robust application performance. Familiarity with the latest programming languages and development frameworks is essential, as is the ability to deploy responsive web applications. Since we are looking for a total of 3 developers we will match each candidate to the team that will be the best fit. All teams have React.js as front end. Backend can vary from simplistic backend in TypeScript or more complex backend with C# or Java. Most of our solutions exist in AWS, one solution is Optimizely DxP which resides in Azure. We have a design system (Figma, Storybook). Previous security experience such as being a part of a DevSecOps team is a huge plus. The primary goal of this project is to leverage the skills of full-stack developers to deliver a high-quality product that meets our strategic objectives. These include enhanced customer satisfaction, improved service delivery, and the establishment of a scalable system that can accommodate future growth. The chosen developers will work closely with our technical team to understand project requirements, propose effective solutions, and implement them within agreed timelines. Achieving these goals will require innovation, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Deliverables: Frontend and Backend Development The project requires comprehensive frontend and backend development services for a cutting-edge application. Suppliers should be seasoned full-stack developers capable of constructing robust, scalable solutions tailored to business needs. Developers should possess extensive experience in a variety of frameworks and programming languages to ensure flexibility and innovation in the project. Familiarity with the latest industry best practices and technologies is crucial to support seamless integration and optimized performance. The project aims for a user-centric design with efficient code architecture that promotes maintainability and future scalability. Developers are expected to work closely with other team members, enhancing collaboration and ensuring a harmonized development environment. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and at least one frontend framework/library such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Expertise in backend technologies including TypeScript, Node.js, Java, C#, with a focus on RESTful API development. Experience with cloud services like AWS or Azure for deployment and scalable architecture solutions. Ability to implement responsive designs with a mobile-first approach and ensure cross-browser compatibility. Strong problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges and optimization issues effectively. Deployment and Post-Deployment Support The deployment and post-deployment support services are essential phases in ensuring the seamless transition of the developed application from the staging environment to live production and ongoing stability after launch. Suppliers must bring expertise in both automated and manual deployment processes, making sure they adhere to best practices in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD). Successful candidates will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust deployment schedule with minimum downtime and tailored rollback provisions. Post-deployment, rapid-response support is crucial to tackle any emerging issues, provide regular maintenance, and apply updates while guaranteeing high-performance levels and user satisfaction.
