We are looking for an Akeneo expert for our client to implement a product data integration and finalise the product structures.The work focuses on integrating the Icecat product data repository into Akeneo PIM, making manufacturers' technical product information and marketing data available in a structured format for the product enrichment team. The goal is to get the integration up and running and complete the product structures on a tight schedule. A solution architect, who has designed the data model and the integration approach, will support the work.

Your responsibilities

• Assess whether Akeneo's ready-made Icecat connector can be used or whether a custom solution is needed in between
• Build the Icecat integration into Akeneo
• Implement any custom solutions in the existing AWS-based integration layer using TypeScript
• Finalise the product structures together with the solution architect
• Support the product enrichment team in adopting the integration

Requirements

• Strong, hands-on experience with Akeneo integrations 
• Solid TypeScript development skills 
• Experience with AWS environments and integration layers
• Understanding of product data structures and data models
• Ability to start quickly and work independently on a tight schedule

The project can be done 100% remote from Finland.
