We are looking for a skilled MS Dynamics Integration Engineer to our client. The client wants to develop their product launch process which involves numerous stakeholders, extensive data flows, and strict regulatory requirements. The process is fragmented and largely manual, currently relying on SharePoint lists and Excel.

The objective is to explore the adoption of a commercial project management solution that would break down silos, improve collaboration, and establish a more structured project culture. At the same time, the aim is to identify the capabilities required for a future customized solution. The work has been carried out by an external subcontractor.

Current status:
The first phase of the project has been completed. This phase included architectural assessments, stakeholder mapping, and requirements definition.

Next steps:
In the next phase, a decision will be made on which off-the-shelf tool to adopt (Dynamics is currently the strongest option). This will be followed by pilot implementations in selected target areas. The current team will continue in the project (architecture leadership and domain expertise), but phase two will require the contribution of 1–2 technical specialists to implement the selected tool, set up the necessary supporting services, and build the required integrations.

Required expertise:
We are seeking 1–2 strong technical specialists with deep expertise in a Microsoft-based project management solution. This includes workflow configuration, customization of views and forms, and adjustments to task and ticket data models. The ideal candidate has solid experience in building backend integrations using Microsoft Graph and data platforms, enabling data flows from multiple systems into the project management solution and its document management structures. Experience with AI-driven agents for tracking and validating data sources is considered an advantage.

The role also requires broad proficiency across the M365 ecosystem: Power BI reporting based on project and task data, SharePoint-based document management with versioning linked to the project management solution, and the development of Teams add-ons or plugins. These may also include AI-assisted capabilities for updating and querying project and task statuses.
