✔️Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with balanced expertise in both requirements gathering and Power BI development. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and business operations.

✔️Requirements:

Experience:

• The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of business operations, including strategic planning, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making. They must be able to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that support organizational growth. A minimum of 4 years of experience in the data domain is required.

Advanced Power BI Proficiency:

• Expert-level knowledge of Power BI is essential. The candidate should be highly skilled in developing dynamic reports, interactive dashboards, and advanced data visualizations. This includes strong capabilities in data modeling, query optimization, and integrating multiple data sources.

Strong SQL knowledge:

• The candidate should demonstrate advanced SQL expertise, with a proven track record of working with enterprise-level solutions. They must be able to write efficient queries and manage complex data transformations across large datasets.

Communication & Knowledge Sharing:

• Excellent communication skills are critical. The candidate should have a strong track record of effectively sharing knowledge, collaborating with stakeholders, and presenting insights in a clear and impactful way.

✔️Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Databricks is considered an advantage, including a general understanding of its collaborative environment for data engineering and analytics.
