We are looking for an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Consultant to support the ongoing development, enhancement, and optimization of our customer's Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment. Tasks: - Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights: Journeys modules to align with business requirements. - Design and implement solutions leveraging Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse). - Develop and maintain dual-write integrations with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. - Collaborate with IT colleagues and business stakeholders to gather detailed technical specifications and translate them into actionable solutions. - Perform and support data migrations to and from Dynamics 365 using appropriate tools and best practices. - Ensure system integrity, scalability, and adherence to security and compliance standards. - Maintain clear documentation using Jira and Confluence in an agile development environment. - Deliver high-quality work with strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset. Requirements: - Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) modules — specifically Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights: Journeys. - Proven expertise in customization, configuration, and solution design within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. - Strong understanding of the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse) capabilities and limitations. - Experience with system integrations, including API-based and dual-write integrations with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. - Proficiency with data migration tools and methodologies for Dynamics 365. - Fluent in English (written and spoken). - Microsoft Certified: relevant Microsoft certifications for Senior D365 consultant - Experience working with multinational or distributed teams Allocation: 50% Start date: 17.11.2025 Duration: 5 months Location: Remote Please send your candidate CV’s by Thursday 10.11. to sales@reto.fi.
