🔹 For our Client from the automotive sector we are looking for Salesforce Business Analyst & Data Analyst 🔹

You will join the Salesforce Core Team — a centralized platform team responsible for owning, governing, and evolving the Salesforce platform across the organisation.

The Core Team supports Salesforce as a strategic enterprise platform, working across multiple business areas and IT teams. We drive and support a wide range of cross platform and cross functional initiatives, ensuring that Salesforce integrates effectively with surrounding systems and supports both operational and strategic business needs.

Our work spans:

o Platform governance and enablement

o Cross system initiatives and integrations

o Operational stability and data quality

o Business analysis and preparation ahead of development work

o Supporting initiatives from early discovery through delivery and operational handover

This role is key in bridging business needs, data, and the Salesforce platform, supporting both day to day operations and initiative driven work.

Role Overview:

This role requires a Salesforce Administrator certification as a baseline, but the position itself is primarily a Business Analyst and Data Analyst role, not a traditional hands on admin position.

As a Core team member, you will work closely with stakeholders, including the Salesforce Admin Team, to:

o Analyse business needs and production data

o Prepare and structure work before it reaches the core delivery team

o Support operational activities related to ongoing initiatives

o Perform Salesforce data analysis, data quality activities, and merging activities

You will act as a trusted analytical and preparatory role, ensuring initiatives are well understood, data driven, and ready for execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Initiative Support

o Perform business analysis work ahead of the Core Team, clarifying requirements, scope, and impacts

o Translate business needs into clear, structured input for platform and initiative work

o Support initiative planning, preparation, and follow up activities

o Collaborate with product, platform, and technical roles to ensure shared understanding

Data Analysis & Data Quality

o Analyse production Salesforce data to support operational needs and initiatives

o Identify data quality issues, trends, and improvement opportunities

o Perform data merging activities in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance with platform standards

o Support reporting, analysis, and insight generation related to initiatives and core platform work

Operational Support

o Support operations work connected to initiative delivery, including analysis, validation, and preparation tasks

o Assist with ongoing platform support activities where analysis or data expertise is required

o Help ensure stable and predictable operations alongside initiative execution

Platform & Collaboration

o Work within a centralised Salesforce platform team, supporting multiple business domains

o Participate in cross platform initiatives involving Salesforce and connected systems

o Contribute to improving ways of working, documentation, and analytical practices within the team

Required Qualifications:

o Salesforce Administrator Certification (minimum requirement)

o Experience working with Salesforce production data

o Strong background in Business Analysis and/or Data Analysis

o Experience performing data merging and data quality activities in Salesforce

o Ability to analyse complex data sets and translate findings into clear insights

Key Skills & Competencies:

o Business analysis and stakeholder collaboration

o Data analysis, validation, and interpretation

o Understanding of Salesforce data models and platform concepts

o Structured, analytical, and detail oriented mindset

o Ability to work across teams and initiatives in a complex enterprise environment

o Experience working in a centralized platform or core team

o Experience in cross system or integration heavy environments

o Familiarity with large scale enterprise Salesforce implementations

o Experience supporting both initiative work and operational work

o Salesforce Data Cloud Certification or experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
