We are looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to act as Lead Consultant in an Employee Central implementation.

In this role, you will work as the responsible consultant in an Employee Central implementation including the modules EC, Compensation, partial Time, and Opentext.

Minimum requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in the expertise area
• At least 2 SAP SuccessFactors projects taken to production with more than 10,000 end users. The workload must have been a minimum of 200 person-days per project
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification

Mandatory languages: Finnish and English
