We are now looking for a Programme Manager for our client in the banking industry.

Responsibilities in the project:

• Lead Programmes for technology enablers, coordinate projects across different value chains
• Deliver on agreed objectives in a predictable and transparent manner and participate in change management initiatives
• Governance : Report and facilitate Operational Steering meetings
• Stakeholder Management : Set and clarify expectations, share information and actively manage stakeholders to secure alignment, provide transparency and clear communications

Requirements:

• Proven delivery track record, both in delivery recovery and shaping change programmes, involving infrastructure and platform development
• Experience working as an Execution Leader (7+ years) on technically complex, multi business area delivery initiatives.
• Proactively manage stakeholders and successfully deliver according to agreed scope and priorities in a predictable and transparent manner.
• Experience delivering change initiative in Agile and/or SAFe methodology
