In this role, you will take strong ownership of the experience vision and design direction for a digital product. We are looking for someone who is able to shape the desired customer experience and drive it forward together with product, engineering, and leadership stakeholders.The business environment is international, and the products reach end users partly through partners. Experience working with B2B2C, partner-distributed, white-label, or similar product models is therefore particularly relevant - please highlight this in your expression of interest.

What we’re looking for

• Lead- or Principal-level experience in product design
• A strong track record of owning and shaping product and experience vision
• Experience with B2B2C or digital products distributed to end users through partners
• Ability to balance end-user experience, business objectives, and partners’ brand and commercial requirements
• Strong experience aligning product, engineering, and leadership stakeholders around a shared design vision
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and early-stage environments
• A high degree of autonomy and the ability to get up to speed quickly
• Fluency in AI-native design and research workflows as part of your everyday practice
  
  

A strong plusExperience in consumer trust, cybersecurity, privacy, identity, or other trust-sensitive digital product domains is considered a strong advantage, but is not a strict requirement.
