Our client is responsible for API & Integration, DevSecOps, Cloud, Development Platforms and Strategy & Transformation. You are a person who has great experience and a true passion for modern software development utilizing DevSecOps and sees the benefit that great tooling can provide for a business purpose. You are curious to understand the needs of the teams to be able to provide the best fit for the solutions. You always have an ear with your stakeholders and believe in the power of collaboration. Working in a global context is something that comes naturally to you.

As a DevSecOps Practitioner Coach working with the DevSecOps teams you will be heavily involved in supporting the implementation of the DevSecOps Toolchain, applying best practices engaging with the market and stakeholders closely with the Software Engineering community to both understand needs and ensuring that they provide a best-in-class and fit-for-purpose, technology agnostic toolchain, to enable the transformation journey.

Our client likes you to have hands-on experience in using and implementing cloud-based applications, preferably mostly in MS Azure. You can’t think of not having a CI/CD pipeline up and running in your Software Development Lifecycle. The Agile ways of working and the mindset are in your DNA. Mentoring and coaching skills are essential in order to support the application teams.

In addition to this, you are a passionate believer in continuous learning. You should feel energized by working both independently and interdependently and have proven skills in cross-functional collaboration.

Required experience

• Solid experienced developer with modern IT applications and practices
• Mentoring and coaching experience is a must
• At least several years working in Agile an environment
• Solid experience in continuous integration, continuous delivery, automated testing and all phases of the modern Software Development Life Cycle will be an added advantage
• Experience with Azure Environment is a must
• Scrum Master experience is a plus
• Kubernetes, ELK Slack, IaC, Ops, Monitoring experience is a plus
