We're looking for a Senior Hypercare SME for a Swedish client operating in the furniture business.
The purpose of the job is to support Hypercare leads and drive defined Hypercare tasks.

You will be a key player in the BOT transformation program, securing that the global rollout is successful and the clients standard support processes are followed. The Hypercare SME will support in the implementation of the Hypercare operating model, and as well contribute to improvements of the industrialization approach.

Key Tasks and responsibilities:
• Support Hypercare operating model implementation.
• Support Knowledge transfer process.
• Support incident management process.
• Troubleshooting and coordination of Hypercare.
• Collaboration call facilitation.
• Improvement of Hypercare processes.
• Report analysis.

Requirements:
• Operation Support experience
• Incident management and ITIL knowledge
• Process understanding
• IT Industry digitalization understanding
• Finance & Procurement understanding (good to have SAP S/4 background)
• Trouble shooting skills
• Governance model understanding
