We are looking for an experienced SW Test Automation Engineer to join a software development team. The role combines software development, test automation, and quality assurance, with a strong focus on API-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Participate in software development and testing planning, including goal setting

• Design software solutions, test automation architectures, and test cases

• Carry out daily development and test automation activities, including feature implementation and bug fixing

• Develop, refactor, and maintain production code and API endpoints

• Build, maintain, and continuously improve test automation solutions

• Visualize development and testing progress and produce reports for different stakeholders

• Collaborate closely with other developers and test automation engineers across projects

Key Duties

• Design and implement new features, enhancements, and fixes

• Develop and maintain automated tests for API interfaces

• Plan and coordinate testing activities, including test planning and execution

• Participate in code reviews and ensure high code quality with minimal technical debt

Required Skills

• Strong background in software development and test automation

• Solid understanding of API design principles and backend development

• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD environments
