Role purpose Lead functional delivery for assigned D365 F&O Finance and Invoice-to-Cash initiatives from requirements through configuration, testing and deployment. Key responsibilities - Translate business needs into scalable solution designs, user stories and acceptance criteria. - Take hands-on responsibility for D365 F&O configuration and functional definition of necessary customisations. - Align delivery across business stakeholders, the system integrator, architects, developers, integration specialists and testers. - Maintain a prioritised backlog and drive testing, defect resolution, documentation and readiness. - Identify and escalate risks, blockers and cross-team dependencies. Required experience and skills - Strong experience leading functional delivery in D365 Finance & Operations implementations. - Hands-on D365 F&O configuration, functional design and fit-for-purpose customisation experience. - Understanding of finance and order-to-cash, including invoicing, accounts receivable, general ledger, tax and reporting. - Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency environments and finance master data. - Ability to coordinate complex delivery environments and support testing, cutover and stabilisation. - Working knowledge of Azure DevOps and strong ability to bridge finance, operations and technology. Preferred experience - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance certification. - Global shipping, logistics, supply chain or freight-forwarding experience.
