UX Designer

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to join a client project focused on redesigning a consumer self-service portal in an international e-commerce environment.The goal is to design a unified and efficient self-service portal for the brand’s e-commerce platform. The solution should reduce the workload on customer service while enabling customers to independently manage their interactions.
As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for the user experience design and concepting of the self-service portal. 
Your work will include:
  • End-to-end UX design of the customer service portal and self-service solution
  • Designing user flows that enable customers to independently complete their tasks
  • Leveraging existing customer interviews and identified pain points in the design process
  • UX concepting of a chatbot (new platform to be introduced)
  • Designing solutions for a setup where phone support will be discontinued
  • Ensuring seamless integration and coherence across multiple services and systems

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong experience in UX design for digital services
  • Proven track record in user-centered design and complex service ecosystems
  • Ability to design clear and efficient user flows
  • Experience with AI, chatbot design, or self-service solutions is considered an advantage
  • Fluent English skills (all documentation is in English)
  • Finnish language skills are not required

  • Onsite meetings at the client’s office in Helsinki
  • Otherwise, the team works mostly remotely
