Role and Key Tasks - Security Projects: Lead and execute IT/OT security projects: from architecture reviews to engineering consulting. - Infrastructure Design: Set up and maintain security solutions such as IDS honeypots, OT/ICS systems, firewalls, routers, and data diodes. - Compliance & Audits: Perform security architecture reviews using guidelines like NIST SP800-R82 and ISA99/IEC62443. - Technical Leadership: Provide leadership and manage large-scale projects; handle administrative aspects as needed. - Incident Response: Engage in forensic analysis of network and security incidents, including root cause analysis. - Documentation & Policies: Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and related documents. - Knowledge Sharing: Conduct training and run operations drills for colleagues and stakeholders. Required Skills - Virtualization & OS: Proven background with VMware ESX/vSphere, Linux, Windows, ESXi, and Unix-based services. - Networking & Security: Expertise with Checkpoint, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, and open-source platforms. Strong understanding of enterprise security infrastructure. - Automation & Scripting: Solid grasp of Unix fundamentals and automating administrative tasks. - Incident Response: Hands-on experience dealing with global security incidents and forging clear, effective solutions. - Communication: Fluent in English (B2 minimum) and comfortable running training sessions and knowledge-sharing events. Preferred Experience - Industry Background: Senior IT or Security roles in industrial automation. Utility sector experience is a plus. - Project Environment: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting with shifting priorities. - Independent & Team Player: Strong problem-solving skills both solo and in group settings.
