In this role, you will take end‑to‑end responsibility for the ERP rollout to Asia, acting as the accountable project lead and representing the client’s business interests throughout the project.The assignment requires a strong ability to engage with business stakeholders as well as executive‑level management, drive decision‑making, and ensure successful delivery across cultures and geographies. Travel readiness is essential, with trips to Asia lasting 1–2 weeks at a time!!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an ERP rollout project based on Dynamics 365
• Take full end‑to‑end responsibility for project delivery
• Act as the customer’s representative and drive the business perspective forward
• Manage stakeholders at executive level and across international teams
• Coordinate vendors, timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Ensure successful rollout to Asian markets
  
  

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Project Manager in ERP and/or D365 projects
• Proven ability to work closely with business stakeholders
• Strong executive‑level communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness and availability to travel to Asia (1–2 week periods)
• Fluent English; Finnish is an advantage
