Senior ESG Regulatory Reporting Business Analyst

🔹 For our Client from banking industry we are looking for Senior ESG Regulatory Reporting Business Analyst 🔹

Project: Primarily end-to-end reporting development tasks mainly revolving around data analysis and calculation engine requirement refinement and functional requirement formulation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and structure business requirements
  • Translate business needs into clear, testable functional specifications
  • Apply bank Requirements Management standards and frameworks
  • Ensure alignment between business expectations and delivered solutions
  • Facilitation of discussions, workshops, and alignment sessions across teams
  • Continuously improves knowledge and shares it within the team

Must have skills:

Senior level experience on ESG Pillar III reporting development or at least senior level experience on connected Finrep reporting development.

  • Ability to navigate cross-functional setups (e.g. business, IT, operations)
  • Deep understanding from enterprise level data flows and reporting chains
  • Advanced SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting
  • Ability to analyze complex data logic across layers
  • Experience in identifying data issues and proposing solutions
  • Ability to perform reverse engineering analysis to understand legacy logic and undocumented processes
  • Strong root-cause analysis capabilities across systems and data pipelines
  • Critical thinking to challenge existing solutions and identify improvements
  • Ability to explain complex data and technical topics in a simple, business-friendly way
  • Strong collaboration mindset across business and IT
  • Fast learner with ability to quickly understand new domains, systems, and regulatory requirements
  • Capable of working in dynamic environments with evolving priorities

Possible location in Poland : Łódź or Warsaw (2-3 days per week from office)
