AI Solution Lead

Join on short notice as a senior consultant to take ownership of how AI agent development gets done — defining the implementation architecture, governance model, and practical playbook for a team that has the platform groundwork in place but needs the "how" built out before the first agents reach production. In this role, you will:
  • Take ownership of AI agent development on Microsoft AI Foundry, moving beyond the already-tackled platform setup to define the implementation architecture and a practical playbook for how agent development should actually be done.
  • Establish guardrails for agent development — defining what's known, what isn't, and how to be explicit with stakeholders about current limitations and open questions.
  • Guide the team on how to build and govern AI agents safely and correctly, balancing speed with responsible practices appropriate to a regulated environment.
  • Start with simple, low-risk agents (e.g. a translation agent, a work-instruction agent) as proving grounds, then help the team progress to increasingly complex use cases.
  • Support getting the first agents into production by the end of this year, with a long backlog of further agent use cases to follow.
  • Potentially get hands-on with agent development yourself, alongside the architecture and leadership work.
  • Bring deep, practical experience with building and governing AI agent solutions, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft AI Foundry specifically.

You will thrive if:
  • You're a senior consultant with hands-on experience both building AI agent solutions and governing how they get built — this is as much about practical judgment as technical depth.
  • You have strong, direct experience with Microsoft AI Foundry.
  • You understand how to set guardrails for AI agent development and can communicate clearly about uncertainty and limitations rather than overselling what's known.
  • You have experience working in, or adjacent to, a regulated environment — this doesn't have to be banking specifically, but experience from a similarly regulated setting is expected.
  • You're comfortable operating as a short-term, high-impact senior resource — someone who can step in and quickly establish direction rather than needing a long ramp-up.
  • You're fluent in Finnish (required).
  • You're available for a 4–6 month engagement with some onsite work at client's Helsinki office.
  • Locations: Helsinki, Remote
  • Technologies: Agentic AI
