Role: Solution Architect domain level

We are now looking for a Solution / Data Architect for a major financial institution executing a strategic Credit & Capital Data Foundation programme. The programme focuses on remediating regulatory findings to close data gaps and establish consistent, trusted, and governed data across the credit and capital domains. As part of a dedicated task force prioritizing BASEL Rewiring, you will work within the Information Capability domain to translate functional and non-functional requirements into high-level and detailed solution designs, while guiding the project team and aligning with cross-functional stakeholders.

Start: ASAP / after holidays (August)

Duration: TBD (Long-term strategic programme)

Language: English

Tech-wise we're looking for:

• Deep experience working with the architecture and technology implementation of large-scale enterprise solution architecture
• Strong understanding of modern application stacks incorporating both open-source and third-party vendor technologies
• Proven experience with integration architecture and common integration patterns/technologies
• Hands-on experience in cloud data warehouses using Snowflake (Nice-to-have)
• Experience with ETL pipeline development and orchestration using Snowflake (Nice-to-have)
• Experience in setting up CI/CD for ETL pipelines in Snowflake (Nice-to-have)

Soft-skills we're looking for:

• Strong facilitation skills to effectively work on business requirements alongside Product Owners, Process Owners, and SMEs
• Excellent collaboration capabilities to work closely with all stakeholders, fellow architects, and project team members
• Ability to provide clear technical guidance, documentation, and architectural oversight to the project team

Other: Prior experience within banking, financial risk management, or regulatory reporting frameworks (such as BASEL) is highly beneficial.
